C1-LTPEX ends in error after installing patch 29351705 and 29548785
Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
installed patches 29351705 and 29548785 into our C2M 2.7.0.1 environment. We are able use the new functionality delivered with the patch to configure the new Letter Template Record - however, after creating the Customer Contact and then running the C1-LTPEX batch job we run into a java error:
- 2019-05-14 00:01:40,106 [DEFAULTWorker:4] ERROR (support.cluster.BatchWorkManager) Error processing batch work. Setting exception on job entry
