Remote Locations Created from DMW Level Should Not Be Removed from LSH Level (Doc ID 2549190.1)

Symptoms

In DMW 2.4.8, if an InForm Remote Location created at DMW level is removed from LSH level, this will cause the Remote Location to be erased from DMW UI, but that Remote Location will remain associated with InFrom data models that used it.

At UI level, the Remote Location will no longer be displayed in DMW under "Navigation"/"Administration"/"InForm Remote Locations", and also in the InForm Configuration tab from the InForm Data Models that were using it.
