Unable To Connect To Docupresentment

User is getting error when trying to make online print through Docupresentment. Upstream system sends the request to docupresentment via http(proxy) and we are getting below errors.
Error reading from remote server returned by ids1
(70007)The timeout specified has expired: proxy: error reading status line from remote server localhost
User is not able to print any documents after the system processes for sometime. (Days or even a Week). To correct the problem, User restarts the weblogic severs, docupresentment and Apache http.
