Unique constraint errors during C1/RMB CDXDBI.exe run for 2.3.0.0 (from 2.2.4.3): Unique constraint errors on CI_DISP_ICON_L, CI_LOOKUP_FIELD, CI_LOOKUP_VAL, CI_LOOKUP_VAL_L, CI_MD_FLD, CI_MD_FLD_L.
