Symptoms
The value of WHO Drug Code, stored in Argus Console at the product level, is not captured in Argus Affiliate i.e. LM_PRODUCT.DRL_ID does not have a corresponding column in LAM_PRODUCT. When the product information is populated in CASE_PRODUCT after a LAM event is accepted into Argus Safety, the value of Products > Drug Code (CASE_PRODUCT.WHO_DRUG_CODE) is left null.
If the same product is selected from Argus Safety directly, the value of LM_PRODUCT.DRL_ID is placed into CASE_PRODUCT.WHO_DRUG_CODE.
