Symptoms

System allows to approve the Purchase Order(PO) though EOW_DATE is less than Not Before Date (NBD) if PO is created using PO Induction.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create a PO.
2. Modify the Not before Date, the not after date using PO induction (these dates become greater than the EOW OTB date).
3. No warning or error message when uploaded the PO via PO Induction.
4. The PO is approved with a EOW OTB date < NBD.
