Can't Close Item Screen Using 'x', Have To Click On 'Done' (Doc ID 2549849.1)

Symptoms

When opening an item in View mode can't close Item tab using 'x' button.
Workaround: Use the Done button from bottom of the screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to RMS.
  2. Click on Tasks>Manage Items.
  3. Search.
  4. Choose any item and select the view option.
  5. Try to click 'x' on the right of the screen name to close the tab.
