Symptoms

Looking for a way (profile option, etc) for the SCP Integration (MSCSCPINTEG) concurrent program (VCP) that is kicked off when PS publishes to wait for the
WIP Mass Load concurrent program (ERP) to complete before completing itself

This would allow users to see there publish completed without having to go between environments. This would also allow for notification that the SCP
Integration (MSCSCPINTEG) to not be sent until the publish is truly complete.
