Refresh Button On The Query Page Is Not Working After Running a Query (Doc ID 2550107.1)

Symptoms

The worklist refresh button is not working as expected. 

To reproduce:

1. log to the worklist UI.
2. go to query page and enter and order id and click search
3. edit the order and complete a task, the user is redirected back to the query result page and the order is in italics
4. click the refresh button and nothing happens
