Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, mobile app:

Device ID is changing when submitting Damage Assessment with Event number

When submitting a Damage Assessment from OMA, if you pass in both the event number and the device ID, the device ID will be changed to the event device id when displayed.
