Baseline Fails with Invalid Base Part of Speech Error (Doc ID 2550267.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.3.1 version, Indexing and Search (Data Ingest, CAS, MDEX, Forge, Dgidx)

When attempting to add the lemmalink with some built-in stem, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add the below entry in the custom dictionary dictionary.ja.dict and save.
   LEMMALINK alternative,auto ニコン にこん propN propN
2. Run the baseline indexing .
3. It fails in the Dgidx phase with below error.

The issue has the following business impact: no impact
Due to this issue, developers cannot use custom dictionary features.
