Users are unable to create manual field discrepancy for repeating question group with single repeat displayed.

When they create a manual field discrepancy in RDC data entry and save the CRF  , the discrepancy suddenly dissapears  without any audit history stored /no entry in backend (in discrepancy_entries table).

Study Design: 3 question groups are added in the DCM setup. Out of 3 question groups, 1 question is non-repeating and other two are repeating groups with single repeat. The repeating question groups have no repeating defaults nor normal defaults defined. Mandatory flag is not checked for all 3 question groups.
