Goal

Maximum DOS set in inventory Levels is not Getting Honored as Expected.
For an Item Maximum DOS set is 14 and the output on IO plan is 11.5 DOS where the actual is way higher at 44.
When Maximum Quantity is set the Safety Stock output on IO plan exactly matches with the value set in quantity.
