Est src 'G' to 'D' is not happening directly, Only when it is unpublished in between. (G to P to D)
All the events created today will have ERT Delay reflected once you unpublish and the publish. But this is not happening initially when you publish ERT Delay.
Initially Delay is Reflecting only for those events created after Delay is set.
And G to P is happening once you unpublish the Estimated Restore Time (ETR) delay.
G to D is not happening, even after the removal of Global ERT.
