AutoVue Errors With 'Read TimeOut' Error When Viewing File (Doc ID 2551123.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When viewing file with AutoVue get the following error.

ERROR
Read timed out

From autovue log : log4j-roll.log

<Message>Unexpected DMS Exception while opening file</Message>
<ContextMap/>
<Thrown localizedMessage="Read timed out" message="Read timed out" name="com.cimmetry.core.DMSRemoteException"><ExtendedStackTrace>

FACT
1. Rebooted the complete Application Server where the EDB-PVM-AV-DMS is configured and could resolve the issue for a while but error will continue to arise
2. Multiple AutoVue servers at various locations and all have been configured to use single Application Server VueLink.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Java Client and review file via AutoVue
