Record Attachment Link Count Does Not Match the Number of Items Found in the Attachments Window

Business Process records in Unifier show an Attachment Count that does not match the number of Attachments in the record - for example the link shows "Attachments (2)" but when the user clicks on the link there are no items.
The Attachment Count should match the number of attachments in any given record.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to the Environment.
- Navigate to the applicable workspace, open a record and note the count for the Attachments.
- Click on the Attachments link and notice that the number of items do not match the count.
