On : CCB version, ENV - Environment

The save button is gray out throughout the application.

Save button is grayed out when changes are made which makes you think you saved it already. Must click somewhere else for it to appear. This takes more up more time.

Save button is enabled when changes are made without clicking somewhere else for it to appear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customer contact.
2. Start typing in the comment box.
3. Save button is still gray (disabled)
4. Click outside of comments box on the page. Save button is enabled now.
