Goal

On : 12.2.8 version, Memory Based Planner

Post-Processing LT for make items is not respected when Minimum Transfer Quantity is being used

ASCP is not respect post-processing LT for make items (within Item Simulation Set) when Minimum Transfer Quantity is being used.

Plan is ECC Constrained (With Detailed Scheduling) and with Decision Rules enabled.
MSO: Enforce Minimum Transfer Quantities = Yes
MSC: Include Postprocessing lead time when planning for make orders = Yes

System should respect Minimum Transfer Quantity and Post processing LT at the same time. We can not use separate Work Orders with Minimum Transfer Quantity (to provide faster usage of the product and post-processing LT consideration for such transferring quantity) due to the physical limitations of the production process.
