Duplicate Entries Found In OfferProfile Cache (Doc ID 2551374.1)

Symptoms

On a system with ECE-PDC-BRM, it was found that there were duplicate entries in OfferProfile cache of the ECE system.

See example below:

Note that the OfferProfile name should be unique, but it is not. In above example, the first entry is from BRM and the second entry is from PDC.

Due to this duplicate situation, SNR notifications were not getting triggered correctly in other use cases.

Abbreviations used:

ECE= Elastic Charging Engine
BRM= Billing and Revenue Management
PDC= Pricing Design Center
SNR= Spending-Status-Notification-Request

Changes

Here the user has recreated offer profiles in PDC using same names that existed previously when offer profiles were created in BRM.
