ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running base batch control M1-DPLOY in MWM 2.3 SP3 the number of records processed is always zero even if there were records successfully processed.

Steps to replicate the Issue:

1. Login to MWM application
2. Submit the batch M1-DPLOY online
3. You'll see record count as ZERO
