Symptoms

On : Insbridge 5.5.0.0.0 version, SoftRater Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to delete batches

Batches not deleting:
 – Steps to recreate.
• Load the attached batch through IBSS
• Once loaded, rate the batch.
• Select the rated batch and click delete.
Currently when trying to delete a batch from the database this message is displayed:

"Deleted Process might take time depending on the number of policies in a batch. You may continue to do your work on RateManager and check the status of your delete after sometime."

The batch never completes the delete.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Batches should be deleted.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete a batch.
