JNEP Logs Are Not Getting Generated And JNEP Process Are Running and see Port Bind Issues (Doc ID 2552824.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.3.0.2.1 version, Network Element Processor

JNEP logs are not getting generated and JNEP process are running, but customer can see port bind issues

ASAP JNEP logs are not getting generatedbut JNEP process is up and running. Ports which are configured in tbl_listeners are not listening.

ASAP NE loopback status is kept as ON but while firing sanity NE's are going to connecting state.
