Installing OC 5.2.1 Reports throws error : "Cannot Find Any Domain Named..." (Doc ID 2553209.1)

Symptoms

Installing OC 5.2.1 Reports Server the Oracle Installer asks for the path to Oracle Fusion Middleware User Projects folder,
which is the default location, example: C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects

 

Click the Next button, error received is "Cannot find any domain named...".


Note: The installer was started as administrator, so there should be no permission problem.

 

installActions<DATE>.log show the following :
