Users are Unable to Use "View Issues" Button On the Notification Screen

When there is some PO Induction errors, users are unable to use "View Issues" button on the notification screen to see the issues to fix and reload the data.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Download the blank template from Purchase Order.
2.Add/modify the new data to the template.
3 Upload the data using UI (Purchase Order Induction)
4 Review the status of the data loading : Notification
5.Select the record having status as "Processed with Errors", click on View Issues button.
6.Screen should display the error occurred during the data loading,but the screen doesn't open and screen not showing anything.
