Incorrect CCB To MDM Mapping For C2M Mapping Field Values Extendable Lookup (Doc ID 2553945.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.7.0.1.0 version, Meter Data Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Problem Summary:

Usage requests in D1_USAGE is created with Automate Retry set to No wherein
the corresponding Usage in C1_USAGE table true

This appears to be caused by incorrect CCB to MDM mapping for C2M Mapping
Field Values Extendable Lookup - AUTO_RETRY_FLG Extendable Lookup Value


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Automated retry switch for both the C1_USAGE and D1_USAGE table should be consistent

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Admin - Extendable Lookup
2) Search for "C2M Mapping Field Values" by Description
3) Broadcast entry with Value "AUTO_RETRY_FLG"
4) See the following for the Value Mappings:

CCB Value MDM Value
false D1YS
true D1NO


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get accurate retry setting on the Usage Transaction.
