Goal
Primary Cause implementation question
You have a number of customized configurations around cause codes... you would like to either simply use the current DS_EVENT_DETAILS.CAUSE_OM as the DS_EVENT_DETAILS.PRIMARY_CAUSE_OM or as mentioned in the .inc note hide and auto-set the value to whatever the user selects as DS_EVENT_DETAILS.CAUSE_OM.
What is Oracle's recommendation on this? And what do you need to do to set that up (whether its copying CAUSE_OM config to PRIMARY_CAUSE_OM or defaulting the value of PRIMARY_CAUSE_OM as the selected value from CAUSE_OM)?
