Unable To Import Ack Files Received From Agencies Only For Few Files: The process cannot access the file xxx.xml because it is being used by another process. (Doc ID 2554819.1)

Symptoms

On dropping files into the configured inbound E2B Folder the below messages are often appearing for files :

1.

Error in E2bReceive.Process_Files Fn : A file with Tmp extension exists for file


2.

Error in Fn: checkFileTypeByStream File
D:\AGENCY\IN\filename_1.xml is not a valid ACK or REPORT due to the following error The process cannot access the
file 'D:\AGENCY\IN\filename_1.xml' because it is being used by another process.


3. Error in E2bReceive.Process_Files Fn : Either file

D:\AGENCY\IN\filename_1_te2.ack does not exist or file has Tmp extension.

 

 

Changes

Installation in Production after upgrade.
