Symptoms

When attempting to access OPPM,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

HTTP 404
The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start OPPM in console
2. Access to OPPM URL
3. Got the error
