Why Does the StagePromosForExtDashboard.sh End with Return/Exit Code 1? (Doc ID 2554983.1)

Goal

When running stagePromosForExtDashboard.sh, it exists with return code 1.

There is an associated log file with the message:

"No Threads to process... Exiting."

Is this reason for the return code 1? How do you know for sure there should be no threads to process? Is there a query you can run?
