Error 'ORA-06502: PL/SQL: Numeric Or Value Error' Occurs When Splitting the Order Using Truck Splitting Functionality (Doc ID 2555018.1)

When using the truck splitting functionality to split an order, getting below error message :

Steps to Recreate:

1.  Create a Purchase Order from a supplier to a Warehouse. ( make sure to fill pickup_location as text value but not number).
2. Add an item.
3. In the screen 'Inventory Management' on the PO creation add some truck constraint information:

              Truck split method = Item Sequence
              Constraints 1 = Each
              Value = 48
              Tolerance = 1

       4.Save the order - Don't approve it.

       5. Search the order and use the functionality : Split order. Error ORA-06502 occurs.
