Calendar Does Not Show Up When Re-Executing Batches

On OFSAA 184.108.40.206.X calendar does not show up every time
When executing any batch for the first time the calendar option pop-up however when trying to run it for the second time the calendar does not show up. If logout or refresh the page (F5) then the calendar can be selected. You have to repeat the same whenever you want to re-execute any batch.
Calendar should pop up each time a batch needs to be re-executed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a batch and click on Calendar for the first time, select a date and run the batch:
2. Go to another screen, and then come back to Batch Execution and click on Calendar(No calendar appears)
3. Refresh the page (CTRL+ F5) and again try to run the batch >> the Calendar appears back
