Japanese Characters Not Readable in Aggregate Reports (Doc ID 2555876.1)

Goal

When we run Aggregate reports like CDA, CIOMS II Line Listing from a Japanese User account, we can see unreadable junk characters in the first and second column of the .CSV output as shown below:

This causes .CSV output of these files to be not readable, whereas the PDF output shows the characters properly.
