Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Memory Based Planner

The ASCP plain is failing with the following error,
the following error occurs.

 Error in mrcfo_create_overconsumption
APP-MRP-22086: memd_forecast_updates: Cannot allocate memory for new_block->block

Cause: The current routine cannot allocate memory for the specified entity.

Action: Contact your customer support representative.

APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrsngs_snp_fcst_rqmts, 82, , )
