Basic And Advanced Client Search Is Not Working In OIPA 11 (Doc ID 2556108.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.0.2.10 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Basic and Advanced Client Search is not working in OIPA 11.0.2.11

Basic and Advanced
----------------------------
The count is displayed correctly but the client detail list is not displayed. Attached Screenshot.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On click of Search, all the clients matching the search should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------

Basic
----------
1. On top right change the Find drop down to Client.
2. Provide the tax id, first name or last name in the search text box.
3. Click on 'Search'.

Advanced
------------
1. On top right change the Find drop down to Client.
2. Click on Advanced
3. Provide the tax id/first name/ last name etc details in the respective text boxes.
4. Click on Search

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Unable to add a role to new policy by searching an existing client.
Unable to do Client related Activities using Advanced Search.
