Hostnames or hostnames with fully qualified domain names are "Forbidden" in Oracle Commerce 11.3.1

Symptoms
You will not able to access your application using the hostname or the hostname with the fully qualified domain (http://atg.oracle-commerce.com:8080/dyn/admin).
Browser will display the error -"Forbidden".
You will see warning message in application server log :
WARN [nucleusNamespace.atg.dynamo.servlet.adminpipeline.SecurityServlet] (default task-32) Invalid host name hostname.domain.com in Host Header. Will not warn again for URLs of host "hostname.domain.com" for 5 minutes.
Changes
An upgrade to 11.3.1 will add this new functionality.
