OHF: HCD.V_SUBST_ADMIN_FB_INCR View Does Not Return Proper Dates After Perfomance View Was Created (Doc ID 2556674.1)

Symptoms

On OHF 7.1.1 version,

After applying the revised HCD.V_SUBST_ADMIN_FB_INCR view for performance issue, the view does not return proper dates.


STEPS:
----------

1) Apply the script in Note 2513706.1 - "OHF 7.1.1, HCD Incremental Views Run Too Slowly"
2) Run Informatica wf - wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_SUBST_ADMIN_FB
    Observe columns populated with correct data
   SUBST_ADMIN_START_DAY_WID NUMBER(38) NOT NULL,
   SUBST_ADMIN_END_DAY_WID NUMBER(38) NOT NULL,
   SUBST_ADMIN_START_TOD_WID NUMBER(38) NOT NULL,
   SUBST_ADMIN_END_TOD_WID NUMBER(38) NOT NULL,
   observe these columns with null values
   SUBST_ADMIN_START_DT DATE,
   SUBST_ADMIN_END_DT DATE
