Option For Phone Contact Is Missing In Person Creation Page (Doc ID 2556738.1)

Issue Description.

Option for phone contact is missing and only email is available as the contact type when try to add a new ’Person’ .
On Order page selected as Create New Person option then entered the Person Phone Number (Mobile No) and Email ID, after saving Order Page the system creates the new Person in the system with provided Person Name and Person Identified. But, the Mobile Number and Email ID which we have entered is not captured in the new created Person.

Expected Result
The system should create/update the Person with contact details provided in the Order screen.
