Symptoms

On : 2.2.0.1.0 version, Installation

MDM 2.2 SP1, managed servers of second machine going to ADMIN state

Machine1 - 1 Admin and 2 Managed servers running after deployment of ohelp ear

Machine2 - 2 Managed servers went to ADMIN STATE after deployment of ophelp ear

weblogic.application.ModuleException: Module null can not be activated, not in ACTIVATED state: NEW







STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up weblogic managed servers on 2 machines with 12.2.1.x WLS
2. First WLS with admin server and 2 managed servers is set up and deploys ohelp fine
3. Third and Fourth managed servers [on a different machine] fail when ohelp is deployed there.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot deploy ohelp to managed servers on a separate machine.
