Error "Unable To Load Data ??obs.exception.userobs.cantloaddata??" When Attempting To View Users Assigned To A Specific OBS (Doc ID 2557070.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view assigned users of an OBS, the following error occurs.

ERRORS

On screen:
Error
Unable to load data
??obs.exception.userobs.cantloadata??

com.primavera.bo.remoting.RemoteDataException: ??obs.exception.userobs.cantloaddata??
Caused by: com.primavera.bo.remoting.RemoteDataException: ??obs.exception.users.cantloaddata??
  Caused by: com.primavera.PhoenixException: Error trying to load object of type: User
  Caused by: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "[Ljava.lang.String;@2d8d7fd0"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the P6 Web Client.
  2. Navigate to "Administration", "User Administration", "OBS".
  3. Select a Responsible Manager in the OBS hierarchy.
  4. Attempt to view the assigned users.
  5. Observe the error "Unable to load data. ??obs.exception.userobs.cantloaddata??".
