Not Able to Access Transfer Detail Screen For EG Transfers (Doc ID 2557348.1)

Symptoms

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Users are not able to access transfer detail screen for Externally Generated(EG) transfer type and below error is reported in rms-server-diagnostic.log.

 Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create a stock order in Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) and the same flows to RMS.
  2. Navigate >Task >Inventory >Transfers >Manage Transfer.
  3. Select Type as External Generated and enter the transfer number.
  4. Click on Search.
  5. Click on Transfer number. Transfer maintenance screen populated.
  6. Click on Detail, Transfer detail screen will not open.
