Symptoms

When attempting to add a successor or predecessor to an activity, the following error occurs:

Event Code: VTFIO-1137-1
Description: TCVirtualTable.FieldIndexOf: Could not find field task_code in vtable TASKPRED

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open a project and select an activity.
2. In the Details section in the bottom pane, select Relationships.
3. Attempt to add a predecessor to the activity.
4. Observe the reported error.
