All licensed OC RDC customers are welcome to join us for the Monthly OC RDC Customer Focus Group Meetings, where we discuss upcoming releases, focus group challenges, initiatives and much more. This meeting typically happens on the third Wednesday of the month at 11am Eastern. Details of each meeting are posted on the OC/RDC Focus Group forum, including monthly meeting reminders. Customers can access the Forum by following the registration instructions below.

Please note: Whilst registration is required, the forum itself is not private, so please do not share any sensitive Company/ePHI information. Whilst the forum facilitates discussion between customers and Oracle employees alike, it does not replace existing formal communication channels with Oracle - please continue managing Support Requests, Contract Discussions etc via existing formal methods.
