Symptoms
Close the browser immediately after editing an Item and when you relaunch the RMS application, following message displays.
Information Message

"This record is currently locked by another user. Changing to view mode."
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to RMS.
2. Go to Items.
3. Create item.
4. Complete first screen through item number assignment.
5. Save.
6. Close browser completely.
7. Re-launch RMS.
8. Navigate back to Manage Item.
9. Search for item number created in step 4
10. Open item for edit
11. See error message
