Common Dispatcher Interface (CDI) Portal - Activity Search By: Activity Information - Hanging

System hangs while searching for activities by Activity Information filter on CDI Portal.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Navigate to CDI portal
2. Then navigate to Activity Search Zone
3. Change the value of Search By drop-down to: Activity Information
4. You'll see system hangs
