Symptoms

When attempting to log in to P6 Pro,
the following error occurs connecting to SQLite database whose connection was successful in the configuration wizard

ERROR

Unable to connect to the database. Please run the database configuration tool or contact your administrator


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch P6
2. Log in
3. See error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot connect to the database and use Primavera Professional.
