Symptoms

On : BRM 7.5.0.22.0 version, Core Billing

On an environment which was upgraded to BRM 7.5 PS22, when executing PCM_OP_BILL_MAKE_BILL_NOW opcode by using testnap, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upgrade to 7.5 PS22
2. create new account
3. execute PCM_OP_BILL_MAKE_BILL_NOW for the new account
