ERT - Estimated Restore Time

 Both the Travel to assess and travel to repair time is added for ERT Calculation for an event which is already en-routed with a crew who can do both assess and repair.

If the same crew can do both assess and repair then, why are two travel times added for the ERT calculation?

As per your configuration lineman can do both assess and repair. So only one travel time should be considered for an event enrouted with Lineman crew.
But the system is taking both.  Difference between ENR ert and ONS ert is about 1:20 which is a combination of the 2 travel times.
