F2T fails if the data file has large number of columns in header (Doc ID 2560009.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.7 version, Others_OFSS

F2T execution is failing and is getting stuck at below point in LOAD_DATA_XXXX_F2TCPP.log when header specified in data file has large number of column names.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try executing F2T using data file which has large number of columns in header. Issue was replicated for 570+ columns in header( around 2500 characters).

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot execute F2T successfully.
