Unable to View File From AutoVue for Agile PLM 21.0.2 Running with IIS Proxy (Doc ID 2560303.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading AutoVue for Agile PLM from 21.0.1 to 21.0.2, file cannot be viewed successfully with below errors:

Error

  1. IE show message as bellow:
    The AutoVue client did not start successfully. Please ensure that the server is running and the generated JNLP is launched. You can contact the system administrator for extending the delay required before assuming AutoVue startup failure.

  2. Java log show:
    AutoVue: Error: Failed to peek a script command. The request to the "Rendez-Vous" servlet returned with error code 411 (Length Required)

    AutoVue: Error: Failed to get a script command from the Rendez-Vous servlet
    java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host: connect

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. AutoVue for Agile PLM from 21.0.1 to 21.0.2
  2. Login to Web Client, search for item with attachment, and open the item
  3. Goto Attachment tab, select the file, and View
