ODB File Is Not Loading And Throwing Null Pointer Exception

Goal
On : 2.6.0.1.0 version,
ODB file is not loading and throwing null pointer exception.
Upgraded the ORMB application from 2.3.0.1.0 to 2.6.0.1.0. While trying to upload the .csv file for regular billing, it was throwing a null pointer exception. The same file they were able to upload in 2.3.0.1.0 version but not in 2.6.0.1.0 version.
Also, as per the 2.6.0.1.0 version, they have updated the column names to upper case and the Product column to PRICE ITEM. Apart from this they did not do any changes to the ODB functionality.
Asking what could be the issue or what else they should check.
